Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie with Basil
Recipe makes 1 tall glass of smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk ( low fat milk)
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/3 cup chopped kiwi ( or 3-4 slices of Kiwi)
- 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed powder(optional but good source of Omega 3-6)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Mix all the ingredients using a hand blender or in a food processor and enjoy!
